description
who is it for?
how to use
Apply a few drops to the face after cleansing (+ toning and exfoliating), but before using emulsions and/or creams. Can be used either in the AM and/or PM. It can be used on its own, or you can add it to another product as a Niacinamide Booster e.g. your moisturizer or our HA 5 Serums - just put a few drops of each into your palm or apply a few drops of them directly to your face at the same time and pat them on together. Please do not add B-Bomb directly to acids, such as exfoliating acids or pure Vitamin C - you can use them in the same routine together layered on top of each other, but they don't mix well directly (e.g. in your palm). Shelf life: 2 years from production (unopened), 6 months PAO (period after opening)ingredients & research
key ingredients:
Niacinamide (10%) – A multi-functional superstar that can normalize pores, soothe acne prone skin, improve the skin barrier and lighten hyperpigmentation.
Zinc PCA – A combination of antibacterial and sebum normalizing Zinc with the humectant molecule found in the skin called PCA (stands for pyrrolidone carboxylic acid). Zinc PCA has the property of both, meaning it is a gentle, non-drying ingredient known to help acne-prone and oily skin.
Sarcosine – An amino-acid derived ingredient that works as a so called 5α-reductase inhibitor helping to normalize oil-production and pore size.

Honestly G&G never goes wrong, but the niacinamide serum is particularly impressive cause most other serums so often have issues with texture, absorption or peeling. This just goes on like a dream and mixes flawlessly with any other product. I recommend it to everyone cause it’s hard for anyone not to benefit in some way. Will repurchase forever.
I find this product has very light, fluid texture that absorbs into the sink easily. My sensitive skin experienced no irritation, unlike some other high % niacinamide products out there that I have tried. Highly recommend for normal, oily and acne prone skin. Because it absorbs so quickly, it can also be layered nicely with other products to suit additional skin concerns.
It really helps regulate sebum and blemishes. I like the combination in the evening with the Porefectly Clear serum and it works really well, my skin texture is much more refined.
I already liked niacinamide for blackheads, but I didn't know it could be this effective. For several months I had been using another's brand 10% serum, and it was fine, and I would have been happy to maintain those benefits for a lower price... but this did way more for me in just 3 weeks! The difference is ridiculous, I wish I had taken before pictures. I'm also still using salicylic acid so I'm optimistic I might finally get rid of my blackheads for good, and I'm surprised such an "inoffensive" serum has been playing such a big part in it.
As for ease of use, I was afraid the gel texture would leave some residue but it actually absorbs perfectly after a few seconds of drying. A little goes a long way, too. There have been steps in my routine I dreaded and this is definitely not one. I actually liked it enough to make a full order from the website, so I'm excited to review the other products as well.
This has a thinner texture compared to The Ordinary's version of this serum. Because of that, I can apply it earlier within my skincare routine, which means that I also see a noticeably bigger impact on my skin than I did with the other version. This is an absolute must-have to tighten pores, improve skin texture, and brighten skin, all of which this product does extremely quickly. Of the many skin actives that I use, this delivers some of the fastest, most noticeable improvements. Amazing product that I can't do without!
