Pure Vitamin C (or Ascorbic Acid) is a 3-in-1, clinically proven superstar that gives the skin environmental protection (antioxidant), boosts the skin's own collagen production and fades hyperpigmentation. This water-light formula contains 15% Vitamin C & extra antioxidants to give a healthy glow, even and firm the skin.

The disadvantage of pure Vitamin C is that it is super unstable, and hard to formulate with. This formula uses a low pH and extra antioxidants to help to stabilize Vitamin C, but even like this, C-Glow comes only with a couple of months shelf-life. 

The official shelf life of C-Glow is 8 months from production, unopened. To ensure maximum freshness, we manufacture small batches of C-Glow every week. On average, by the time a C-Glow reaches our customers, it is about 2-4 weeks “old”. To minimize oxidation & maximize freshness, we recommend to store it in the fridge, where it keeps fresh even beyond its official 8 months shelf life. If going to the fridge every day for your C-Glow does not sound comfortable, we recommend using this empty 10 ml mini bottle. You can easily decant a few weeks' worth of C-Glow into it, and store the mini bottle in the bathroom while having the C-Glow bottle in the fridge.

Wanted to love it

But this product sadly didn't work for me. Like some other reviewers, I broke out with horrible cystic acne. I thought maybe it was purging and stuck with it for 2 months but the acne only went away when I stopped. I've used higher percentage Vit C products with ferulic acid before, so I'm not sure what ingredient it was that my skin disagreed with. I really wish this worked for me because it's well-priced, clear, goes on nicely, and has no smell!

I’ve tried many Vitamin C serums and for the price, this has to be my favorite. I am glowing and get compliments on my skin constantly! I use this in the AM with stress less, hyaluronic acid, and moisturizer. A must buy!!!

It's even better directly from G&G

Before my first purchase of C-Glow directly from G&G, I had been using C-Glow from local retailers. The one from G&G is even fresher than from the store shelf, which I can tell from the colour. Prior to C-GLow, I had been using a 10% 3-OEA serum from another brand, so I didn't need any time to adapt to C-Glow and didn't experience any noticeable side effects. I prefer the watery texture of C-Glow because it doesn't leave any hanging feeling after the serum dries off, which helps a lot for the following moisturizers and sunscreens. After 2 months of switching to C-Glow, I got a comment from my friend stating that my skin looked tighter and brighter.😊 worth recommending

Great product

I have been using this product for a little over a month and so far i have been loving it. Really gentle on the skin no peeling when using a moisturiser over it, evens out skin tone all in all amazing product. Also i have been storing it in the fridge so it hasn’t even oxidise even a little!!
