description

Pure Vitamin C (or Ascorbic Acid) is a 3-in-1, clinically proven superstar that gives the skin environmental protection (antioxidant), boosts the skin's own collagen production and fades hyperpigmentation. This water-light formula contains 15% Vitamin C & extra antioxidants to give a healthy glow, even and firm the skin.
3-3.4
pH
15%
Ascorbic Acid
+
Ferulic Acid Tocopherol

The disadvantage of pure Vitamin C is that it is super unstable, and hard to formulate with. This formula uses a low pH and extra antioxidants to help to stabilize Vitamin C, but even like this, C-Glow comes only with a couple of months shelf-life.

The official shelf life of C-Glow is 8 months from production, unopened. To ensure maximum freshness, we manufacture small batches of C-Glow every week. On average, by the time a C-Glow reaches our customers, it is about 2-4 weeks “old”. To minimize oxidation & maximize freshness, we recommend storing it in the fridge, where it stays fresh even beyond its official 8 months shelf life. If going to the fridge every day for your C-Glow does not sound comfortable, we recommend using this empty 10 ml mini bottle. You can easily decant a few weeks' worth of C-Glow into it, and store the mini bottle in the bathroom while having the C-Glow bottle in the fridge.

who is it for?

Everyone looking for a light-textured, pure Vitamin C + extra antioxidants formula. However, if you have sensitive, redness-prone skin, we do not recommend C-Glow due to its low pH and high pure acid content.
Skin type
all skin types except for sensitive
Skin problem
dark spots, aging, dull and uneven skin
Texture
fast absorbing, water-like, weightless liquid

how to use

Apply a few drops to the face after cleansing, before using other serums and/or creams. Ideal to use in the AM, but can be applied in the PM as well. As the C-Glow formula is water-like, we recommend putting a drop directly onto your face and quickly pat it on with your other hand.

Shelf life: 8 months from production (unopened), 3 months PAO (period after opening). (Date format used: DDMMYYYY)

Same as Skinceuticals at a fraction of the price

I used to purchase the SkinCeuticals version, which was considered the gold standard, at a cost of $180 USD for years. Then I found Geek and Gorgeous and it's the same formula and ingredients at literally a fraction of the cost. It works really well for brightening up your skin and reducing fine lines. 10/10 Product

Great product for great price!

I really love this vitamin C. It's so lightweight I don't feel it at all, but I see it's benefits - my skin is more radiant and glowy, and I think I'm starting to see improvement on the hyperpigmentation under my eyes. I only wish it would be more stable :/ Since this summer was very hot I had to keep it in the fridge all the time, otherwise it would go yellow to fast.
