Mighty Melt emulsifies upon contact with water & turns into a milky emulsion that can be rinsed off easily, leaving skin completely clean & soft with no greasy residue.

how to use

Use your dry fingertips to scoop a generous, half-walnut to walnut size amount onto dry skin. Gently massage Mighty Melt over your face & eyes in circular motions. Add a splash of lukewarm water to emulsify & break down all traces of makeup and sunscreen. Rinse well & if you double cleanse, follow with your water-based second cleanser - our tip: Jelly Joker Low pH Gentle Cleanser. Gently pat dry with a clean towel. 

Shelf life: 2 years from production (unopened), 8 months PAO (period after opening)

key ingredients:

Ethylhexyl Palmitate - A rich-spreading emollient ester that's especially effective at breaking down waterproof makeup & sunscreen. 

PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate - A highly effective, but mild surfactant that's gentle to the skin and can easily be rinsed off leaving no oily residue. It is the perfect surfactant for cleansing balms and oil cleansers with an easy rinse.

Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters - An olive oil-derived, water-soluble, but oily liquid that works as a co-surfactant in the formula.

Oleyl Erucate - A vegetable-based emollient ester (oleyl alcohol + erucic acid) with a rich and caring skin feel that is also great at dissolving makeup.

Great for the heavy makeup days or lots of sunscreen removal

caution! this gave me the worst break-out!

Omg please be cautious if you decide to try this product. I strongly recommend avoiding it if you have sensitive, combination, dry or clog-prone skin like me.

After 6 weeks of use, it finally clicked for me that this cleanser, with 95% certainty, is the explanation of this odd aggressive acne that I am now struggling with. I believe it's the main ingredient in the balm "Ethylhexyl Palmitate", that has fucked up my skin.

That aside, if you happen to have a skintype that can tolerate that ingredient, I envy you! the product has a great feel and besides what I add here, does what it promises.

I intensely regret buying this.. so yea.. now I have to figure out how to heal PIE and how to best restore my skin health as it was before this Mighty Mess

Too drying for me

I love G&G, their actives (vit C, retinol and peptides) are spectacular. But I found this cleanser to be too drying for my skin. I have sensitive, dry skin and the brand's actives work wonders with my skin type so I thought I would try both the balm and the gel cleansers. While they do not irritate my skin, they do make it tight and dry, and the balm makes my eyes blurry. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with both... Will not be buying these again

Great product

Mighty Melt is very effective in removing all makeup thoroughly but very gently, even melting away high SPF mineral/zinc sunscreens and tinted sunscreens. It leaves my skin soft and clean without feeling oily or greasy.
